Recipe that I used seems to help a little bit with symptoms.

Bison Chili.
3 items I picked up from sam's club.
2.5 lbs Bison. You would just need the first half.
Star roasted garlic olive oil. Use this for cooking the bison.
Del real Red Salsa.
Then 3 cans chili beans.
I don't know if any of the herbs I have been taking have contributed to the effect.
Just combine the ingredients and use half red Salsa.
Let cook an hour.
Just clears sinuses to breath and a cooling effect on the lungs.

  1. I also used finest brand chili beans

    1. Hi CM1224, and thanks for your posts here. I see my colleague, , has already responded and I concur with her (safe) suggestion.
It's interesting to hear this recipe (with a little 'kick' to it), helps to clear up your sinuses and has a cooling effect for your lungs. I am so glad to hear this is the effect it has on your system.
There are others within the community for whom 'spicy' dishes seem to trigger an episode of difficulty breathing. That is why Samantha posted what she did - it's always best to check with one's physician prior to trying anything new.
      Wishing you well,
