Portable battery operated concentrator

Does anyone know of a repair shop for the battery operated concentrator? I'm in Joplin, Mo. Thanks

  1. Hi Tod, and thanks for your post - this is a great question! Generally speaking, folks using any kind of electrical or batter operated oxygen equipment, like concentrators, should first start out with the manufacturer of the equipment. The manufacturer should be able to guide you as to how to have the machine evaluated and repaired.
For some, it may not be practical (or easy), to reach the manufacturer.
If that is the case, I would suggest you contact the medical equipment supplier who provided you with the concentrator. The distributors sometimes have their own repair service and can often be of help.
Do you think either of these suggestions might work for you, Tod?
Please do let us hear back from you when you have time and are able to respond.
    Wishing you well,

    2. I was given this web site for Virginia Medical Repair. They do repair Inogen products, I asked because my Inogen G3 died. Inogen would not repair it for because it was over 7 years or so. They have discontinued the G3 and are only selling what they have left. I do not know what they are doing for those who rent them through insurance. Check the web site and give them a call. Worth checking I suppose
