Oxygen Usage and Shortness of Breath

Do you use oxygen? If so, do you still struggle with shortness of breath? How do you manage it?

  1. Yes. I sit down (if possible) and take as deep a breath as I can then exhale as much as I can. Eventually if does pass

    1. , learning what is helpful for bringing the shortness of breath back under control for you is so valuable! Slow, pursed-lip breathing is a technique many find helpful! Doing what you can to stay calm and not panic and make the symptoms worse is key - though it can be very challenging in the moment! How are you feeling today? Thank you for sharing with us.
