  1. , this is a great question, I know many in our community deal with similar issues when walking around and needing to sit down to get their oxygen level back up, I'm sure they will chime in if they have any advice to share. The zephyr valves are also something many in our community have shared about you can read more here: https://copd.net/search?s=zephyr%20valves. I would definitely recommend speaking to your doctor about if these would be a good option for you and if you would be a candidate for the procedure. All the best, Sam S. (COPD.net, team member).

    1. You are definitely not alone in having this issue with oxygen levels changing with activity! Have you talked about this with your doctor? Maybe a change in your oxygen amount or medication could help. It's also important to move around carefully and to listen to your body by taking a break when you need to, even if you are only going a short distance. I hope you can find a good solution, we are here to brainstorm with you! -Melissa, copd.net team

      1. Wow! That's a lot of O2. I had the valves installed 3 years ago, an it definitely helped. I was no longer required to use O2 except to sleep, of for vacuuming. However, I was on 2 liters, so it may make a difference.
