Managing Flare Ups

If I feel a flare up starting, I sit down, hold a fan to blow in my face and take a nerve pill. Works for me and slowly (about 20 minutes) I am calm and over the panic I had once started to feel.

  1. Thanks for sharing this! It sounds like a solid plan. Do you use supplemental oxygen in addition to the fan? It's so hard to be patient while waiting for those symptoms to finally subside ... would love to know what you do to soothe yourself emotionally in that time, if you feel comfortable talking about that.
