Mama has end stage and problems with oxygen equipment

My mama was diagnosed with COPD/Emphysema even though she quit smoking. She's in the end stages and had a silent heart attack about 2 months ago. She's been in the hospital almost once a week.

We're having problems with the canella not staying in her nose. She's very petite and tried everything including bandaids.

My sister is also bedridden (both live with me) with an undiagnosed neurological condition.

I asked her PCP for help and all he could say was PT and OT. I was like we are burned out. Thanks for listening.
