Local support groups

I would suggest going to your Doctor first as my area requires a Referral to join a COPD Clinic which is the best place to start for COPD. Mine personally covered Education of COPD, Diet, Exercise, and living with COPD. They also had support groups set up in the Community for ongoing support. I found a Better Breathers Club through the American Lung Association’s website. They list them by state. It turned out it was held at my local senior center. Good luck!
