Incontinence

I've recently been suffering from incontinence I've noticed when I get out of breath, even walking upstairs, I've got no control of my bladder does anyone else have this problem?

  1. Oh sorry to hear that. If you’re female maybe see a Gynocologist or male see a Urologist. They have minor procedures they can do to fix that
