Hi again, @PrepCopd - this has been an interesting thread, as you said! What is most interesting (to me), is a product like this is on the market and, from the advertisement in the link that @BarryO provided, there are sufficient precautions listed. These precautions (to avoid contact with mucous membranes and eyes), are of considerable significance. This is especially true since the nasal inhalers come with the directions to 'inhale deeply'. The nasal mucosa may be particularly sensitive to the types of material that is contained in the product.
Prior to using any of these, it would be prudent to discuss this with one's physician.
