Hi BarryO! I'm not familiar with these but I'm hopeful fellow community members with experience using these can chime in with some insight for you! Have you had a chance to discuss these with your doctor yet? -Alesandra (COPD.net Team)

Hi BarryO - They remind me of the old Vick's inhalers that you inhaled when you had a cold. I remember using them as a kid.
Although I don't specifically know anything about these - I would simply recommend caution in case the menthol, eucalyptus, and other herbs were to have an adverse effect. It sounds like it could be fairly powerful, so if strong smells bother you, just be careful.
You might want to ask your doctors opinion; they may have other patients that use them.
Keep us posted.

Yes I agree, it reminds me of a inhaler.

Since this post was commented on today, I took a look at the promotional material that was posted / linked by BarryO.
It does caution against applying it to one's 'mucous membranes or eyes'. That would be a red flag from my perspective.
I would tend to agree with the comment made earlier, in August of this year, by my colleague, Lyn. Before using this product, it would be most prudent to ask one's doctor about it.
