Going to hospital
I have flare up am short of breath my throst I feel full of plugim it's first time going to er because vof that ..I should tell doctor about my diagnoses

and thanks for reaching out here. I am sorry to hear you are experiencing a flare-up now, but glad to hear you plan to go to the emergency department (ED). You must be feeling a certain amount of anxiety since this is your first visit.
Sometimes, an accumulation of mucus can accompany a COPD flare-up so it's understandable that you may be feeling short of breath (SOB) now. I am hopeful the ED staff will be able to take care of you so you can start to feel better.
