If you've been diagnosed with COPD, the FEV (forced expired volume) and gas exchange (I assume you're referring to the 'diffusing capacity' test) can be significant findings on a pulmonary function test. To get the appropriate interpretation for your results, you may want to speak with the physician who ordered the testing be done for you. Please do check back and let us know how you're doing.
