Different Doctors
I moved and when I changed my doctors they retested me and now claim that I don't have COPD. There have been no physical changes in my disease, I still wheeze, cough up all manner of interesting stuff. How to proceed?
Hi, and thanks for your post. You may be aware we cannot provide medical advice or diagnostics over the internet (for your own safety), but your comment certainly warrants a reply. If you have concerns about being diagnosed with COPD by one doctor, and then being told you do not have a diagnosis of COPD by another doctor, you may want to seek out still a third doctor. Perhaps you may find more accurate information from a specialist. Have you had an opportunity to see a pulmonologist yet?
