CPAP

a few years ago i was diagnosed with sleep apnia and issued with a CPAP machine i use it every night and when breathless during the day for the last 5 years i have asked for the machine to be turned up anually i am now on full strength i believe that forcing air into my lungs under increasing pressure could help my lungs function better if it isnt working and im deluding myself so what there are no side effects as its not medication im curious to know if anybody else has tried this and how are you getting on?

  1. Hi again, chrismarshallip - we appreciate you sharing your experiences utilizing your CPAP machine. I'm hopeful you will hear from other community members who will provide you with the feedback you have requested. I also thought you might find it helpful to look over this material on that very topic: https://copd.net/living/bipap-live-better/. Warm regards, Leon (site moderator)
