Caregiver to my brother

I talk with his doctor tomorrow for the first time. He passed out yesterday and here's his head enough to open up a cut above his eyebrow but would not go to the hospital after I called 911. It's a struggle he's 65 years old lives by his self and he still smokes but he's struggling to quit and wants to quit but like I said it's a struggle for him. It's very sad you're watching him he was diagnosed a month ago with vertigo every morning when he gets up he struggles to even get to the living room because he doesn't have enough air I tried to tell him that he needs oxygen but I'm not the doctor so tomorrow I talk to her for the first time through telehealth and we will go from there. Please pray for us as a struggle and I put it in God's hands
