Advice on bras

I'm finding it to be more and more difficult wearing a bra and I'm very frustrated. I've spent all kinds of money trying different styles, different sizes - none seem to fit me where I don't feel constricted. Can anyone suggest a brand? Or any other suggestions will be most welcome.

  1. If I had my way, I would never wear a bra again! Since gravity and age have taken that option away from me I have tried a couple of different things. Your best friend could be a bra extender that can add about 3 inches at the back of the bra without changing the way the cups fit in front. I found a bralette on Amazon that had removable cups and adjustable straps which I also use the extender on. The other thing I use is a very stretchy camisole that is a little tight everywhere so doesn’t feel like my lungs are being squashed. It also took me a long time to find options that work. Good luck and I will look forward to any more suggestions that may get posted. According to the posting rules, I don’t think I am allowed to send pics of anything.

    1. Thank you! If you by chance can send the brand name of the one on Amazon I would really appreciate it. Like you, I'd prefer to never have to wear on again...just know I kinda still have to for going out. Thanks a bunch for your reply!

    2. Feel free to post pictures! All messages with pictures have to get approved my the moderating team, but if we have any issues we will let you know. Just be aware that it can take us a day or so to approve it. 😀 Glad you want to share! -Melissa, copd.net team

  2. Thanks for that great advice! I am also frustrated, and ready for something more comfortable. Will look on line.

    1. I will attach image and see if it is allowed.

      1. Tried to send a screen shot that must not have gone through. The brand on Amazon was Geyoga.

        1. Thank you! I'm going to check that out!
