About marijuana: The 'pot' that I used had a 14 cbd and a 9 thc. I tended not to exercise and to take 2-3 hour naps! It didn't seem to help the COPD... (I ate it, not smoked it.)
I'm not up on the CBD oils, though. Keep us posted if you do try it!
