From what you've shared here, it sounds like your (two) physicians may not be providing you with enough information about your particular level of disease. You may want to be more of a self advocate by asking for more details about your suitability as a candidate for the procedure. As well, you should be made aware of why your oxygen requirement has been increased to 3 liters per minute (lpm).
If you are dissatisfied with either or both of these physicians, would you consider seeking out another doctor?
