Working on Living

I work on my breathing daily. I'm supposed to be 24/7 supplemental oxygen, but I try to go the better part of the day oxygen free. I use a flute, and spirometer daily and a nebulizer 3 times a day with albuterol, and budesonide. Once daily Yupelri. Walking is a big part of helping, along with a stationary bike. I just hope there's new breakthroughs

  1. ,
Sounds like you are doing everything you should to keep yourself and your COPD under control. Keep doing it! Take care.

      1. If you can keep up the O2 levels without oxygen, that's wonderful! For me, that varies daily. I agree, we certainly need breakthroughs. Not enough research is being done on COPD, for the millions of people who have it. I would love to see trials on stem cell implantation, which is in the early phases.
Exercise is also critically important. Sounds like you are doing quite a bit to help yourself, and that's the critical issue.
