what is an exaberation

i am new on this site.i am 68 years old and i have been told i have COPD.

    As for your question - it's a good one! An exacerbation of COPD is a sudden worsening of symptoms for the person with a COPD diagnosis. This can certainly vary from patient to patient in terms of acuity, symptoms and required intervention.

    1. I am also new here. I am 68 years old and have COPD, Hi blood pressure, type 2 diabetes just to name a few. I use Trelegy daily. It helps but still get short of breath daily. I think I am about to look into oxygen because I am getting worse. I have been diagnosed for over 7 years. Stay encouraged everyone!’
