awesome
I'm about to travel in car for a long distance has anyone heard of wearing compression socks to help with blood flow for you upper levels while walking around or traveling?

Hi awesome, and thanks for your post and your question - it's a good one. I see my colleague, @Janet Plank, has already responded to your inquiry and provided an excellent article for reference. I do hope you have an opportunity to read it.
In addition, I wanted to suggest that, on a long car trip, it's always a good idea to stop every hour or so and take a stretch and a walk around. This is a good way to avoid the complications that may be associated with sitting idly for extended periods of time.
You may also want to discuss these plans with your physician - the doctor may have some advice and suggestions to give you as well.
What do you think?

This is an interesting discussion about it. I had my reservations before, but I guess it changed.
