Stop smoking

Well I got tested for COPD in 2016. À few years later I got sick for 3 month and was in the hospital for a couple of times. Eventually I got a nebulizer and didn't go in the hospital anymore. But I was smoking. I started smoking when I was about 12 Year old. I am 59 now. My breathing was so bad for the last year. I could barely get from my bed to my living room to get on my nebulizer. So I have tried a few different methods and Rx to quit Smoking. Nothing worked. I have looked into hypnotized about a year ago. Then in December and January I really did my research. I googled everything you could imagine. Found a lady in Florida her and her husband worked together. I had to fill out paperwork and talked to him a couple of times. The cost was$150. For a hour long cession. It was done over zoom in my house. We talked for a while. Then I closed my eyes and concentrated very hard to everything she was saying. I could have come out of it and new what was going on. But I did and listen to everything. This was my last hope. The collusion to my story is on January 21 of this year at 7:55 pm I have not smoked since then. I have no cravings everything got better immediately. I read stuff that it gets worse and everything is bad for the first month or so. That was not true. My breathing is so much better. I don't have to use the nebulizer anymore. I got way more energy. My life has turned around. I can't believe how much better off I am. I got sick a couple of weeks ago. Normally it would have taken month for me to fill better. I was back on top with in a week. My coughing for cigarette is no more. I have thought about cigarette don't get me wrong. But I have never got this far. I the benefits I am getting. There is no way I would ever smoke again. I hope this helps someone else. I am amazed of what happened when I quit.
