side effects from Breztri

Has anyone gotten tender gums while using Breztri?I have not been able to wear upper dentures because of the rawness of my gums.

  1. Hi CM3171, and thanks for your post and question, it is a good one!
I am hopeful others in the community will see your inquiry and respond by sharing their own anecdotal experiences using this medication (Breztri).
You may be aware, dental issues have been reported as a side effect for some folks who use it Breztri.
As a reference, here is a link to information regarding its use. I know it is lengthy but, there is a section highlighted (entitled 'side effects'😉, which addresses your concern. I do hope you find this to be helpful in a practical way.

      1. Hi again, CM3171 - it is our pleasure to be of assistance! Please know you are always welcome here in our online community.
(I see in the post from earlier, somehow the forum platform inserted a 'smiley face' where there should have been a 'closed parenthesis'. I am sorry that the smiley face appeared - it should not be there and is not meant to make light of the conversation). Thank you for your understanding.
        Warm regards,

    2. I've gotten thrush from it, that's ongoing, but the benefits of breztri outweigh the complaints from the thrush.

      1. well, I have tried 2 different thrush medications and neither took it away. I just continue to rinse my mouth, brush and scrape my tongue, gently. I gets annoying occasionally, but the benefits of Breztri outweigh the annoyance of the thrush.

      2. Hi nina, and thanks once again, for your reply and further explanation. I am sorry to hear the two medications you tried (to treat 'thrush'😉, were not helpful for you. Have you also discussed this with your physician? Can the doctor suggest anything additional?
