Has anyone done pulmonary rehabilitation? I'm curious as to what all is involved. Thank you.

Hi
You have certainly come to the right place! While I'm hopeful others in the community will see your inquiry and respond by sharing their own personal experiences, I have something to say as well.
From my professional perspective, pulmonary rehabilitation can be very successful for patients (with a COPD diagnosis), who are well suited to the program. We actually have a wealth material which focuses on this very topic, all of which might provide you with some additional insight. For your convenience, here is a link to that material: https://copd.net/search?s=pulmonary%20rehabilitation%20overview. I do hope you find this information is helpful for you in a practical way.
All the best,

Hi Leon, my name is Susan. Being diagnosed with COPD was devastating to say the least, but after smoking for 45 years, not surprising. Thank you for the response, I'll be sure to check out the link you posted. I'm so glad I found this group, everyone seems so supportive. I hope you have a great day.
