Hi nannyglover1953. Unfortunately, at this time, our website has limited information on Fostair. I do know that it is a combination medication comprised of both Beclometasone and Formoterol, marketed in the United Kingdom. The first medication, Beclometasone, is an inhaled corticosteroid while the Formoterol is a long acting beta2 agonist. In this country, the medication Symbicort is considered similar to the medication you mentioned. I thought you may want to read more about Symbicort here:https://copd.net/treatment/medication-overview/medications/symbicort/.
I hope this very brief answer provides you with a bit more insight. Perhaps one of the other moderators will shed more light on this. You may also want to consider speaking about this with your physician.
All the best,
