Possible Cure for COPD

I don't know if anyone has seen this on shark tank or not, but on one of the programs they had two sisters whose mom passed from COPD and now they are Doctors and have invented a cure for COPD. Many have tried it and many have been cured I am going to try it and will keep all of you posted on how it works or doesn't work.

  1. What’s the name of this cure?

(If that was about two sisters and CBD gummies, it’s a scam)

    1. Hi Charley, and thanks for joining in the conversation. After doing a simple web search, it was easy to confirm via 'fact checking' this episode of the show was evidently altered to make the claims of a cure elsewhere.
As my colleague, , so accurately pointed out, at this point in time, there is no consensus on a cure for COPD. Although it is not curable, there are treatments that are available and used in the management of the disease. This is what folks should bear in mind.
      We appreciate your input.
      All the best,
      Leon (site moderator COPD.net)

  2. , do you remember what this treatment was called? Currently, COPD is a progressive disease that unfortunately doesn't have a cure but there are many options available that can help manage its symptoms and slow progression! All the best, Sam S. (COPD.net, team member).

    1. You call it a scam. Give me proof. If you think an investor with a very good reputation is going to shell out $2.5 million on a scam, I would re-think it. But it is ok, as you can think and say whatever you want. I say the proof is in the pudding. I start the process today. I will come back with the end results.

      1. CBD gummies may or may not provide some relief for some people; Some people say they feel less SOB after use but it’s likely relaxed mood b/c there’s no studies showing FEVs improve after use.

And the “two sisters on shark tank” thing is a scam.

Look up on USAtoday “Fact check: CBD gummies in ad have no relation to 'Shark Tank' investors or contestants”

        Good luck.

    2. my first time on, and am glad I joined, and this knowledge was helpful.

      1. I'm glad you found this helpful but I did want to chime in with a reminder that it is so important to speak with your doctor before trying anything new! They know you and your health and what may work for you best. All the best, Sam S. (COPD.net, team member).

      2. Hi dundalk, and welcome to our community website. I see my colleague, , has already chimed in with an excellent suggestion about speaking with your doctor before trying anything new. I do hope you have a chance to look over her comment.
I also wanted to add, you may want to scroll down and see the rest of the conversation here. Evidently, there is additional information besides the one posted by DTW1.
        What do you think?
