Oxygen portable tanks

As of January 2023, I was restricted by Apria Healthcare in only being dlv 24 E size portable takes per month. So started to fight this and picked up 24 bottles the other weeks until I got this issue address. Than when I picked up 24 bottles on Monday and called to exchange them that Friday I was denied and advise I can only pick up once a week. For my lungs shape I'm a very active and protective guy outside the home and inside. I refuse to lye in bed unless to sleep, don't have furniture so comfortable sit in and watch TV, TV is only hooked up to my wii active exercise routine. I do this because with going on 30 yrs with copd/alpha1 it's not healthy to waste my life away by not doing being active.
Actually using home unit and not being able to control my Flo rate causes more problems from to much and to little oxygen. Hard to adjust from 5 liters to get to point B which is say 40 ft away from unit and recover to be able to need say 2 liters after I got to point B.
This is what I'm dealing with, any thoughts.

      1. I sense found out on medicare.gov that no supplier can change my equipment or number of tanks refill unless your doctor's orders it. That is medicare policy. If you have a advantage plan through Medicare you go by insurance policy. On my insurance plan it is written that " we cover all medically necessary durable medical equipment (DMC) and supplies covered by orginal medicare".
Both policy we be sent to the ADA in Columbia SC., which responded that they didn't see how this was a ADA issue. Than I sent one more email and followed by a day letter call did I get a written response. I honestly believe that have no clue on what I said this post I'm written
I think they believe that I'm this grumpy 80 yr old man that got his bottles of o2 limited. I guess I'm just a 58 year old man diagnosed 29yrs ago with copd (Alpha1) that will not settle for someone to control my life which is dependent on supplemental oxygen to live for their profits.
