Why would someone with COPD have a constant runny nose?
My wife has been on oxygen for a year. In the last few months, she has had a consistent runny nose.
Trying to treat a runny nose with COPD
She went to the doctors and they put her on an antibiotic but it did not work. They tried sinusitis medication - which didn't help - and nasal spray. Can anyone give me some advice or answers to this problem?

What you sent me was very helpful, I contacted ENT Doctor and was seen today, he prescribed and allergy medication for hay fever, and a nasal spray to help with her breathing, hoping this will help even 50% would be great,

Leon (site moderator)Just one or two sprays of flonase nasal spray for allergies in each nostril helps me. Also, the prongs on the cannula make be tickling her nose inside causing a runny nose, sneezy response
