Hi Kaye - thank you for jumping in here and sharing those aspects of your day that help you to get through it. Like you, I find myself 'pushing' myself to walk. If I am being good, I aim for 7-days a week. By doing that, I am able to get out there at least 4 days a week doing between 2 1/2 and 3 miles. Once I am up there (the local boardwalk), everything improves for me, so I know just what you mean! I do hope
Enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend!

I feel like you do alot, although I try to be out going and stay busy - which isn't always easy. I still work 8-5 but can see in the near future that will have to change. I just do office work, but I really wear out before 8 hours are up. Just keep talking to this group, all the admin's are wonderful and offer such great information and words of encouragement. God bless you, and I send hugs your way.
