What does it mean when they tell you you have mild copd that’s all they said to me and give me a inhaler been of cigarettes 4days now

Congratulations for quitting 4 days ago! The first couple of weeks are known to be the worst, so you're almost through the first week. Try to change your routine a little each day so you don't fall back into habits that make you want a cigarette. Things like sitting with your morning coffee, that stroll around the block, or an after dinner smoke.
