Hi Joe B and thanks for your post. While others may respond with their own personal experiences with medical suppliers, I can tell you this is NOT the way they are supposed to take care of you. Once the equipment is installed in your home, they really should be checking it out on a regular basis. When they do, that's great; but when they don't, you may want to contact the clinical supervisor. As well, when the equipment malfunctions, they should be responsive in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours. You may want to check with your prescribing physician about your experiences with this supplier. If necessary, you may want to seek out an alternate company who is more responsible and responsive.
