Are you referring to your oxygen saturation, which is obtained by a pulse oximeter -- such as is described in this post (https://copd.net/clinical/home-pulse-oximeter-monitoring)? If so, normal oxygen saturation is 98%, although acceptable for you goes all the way down to 90%. And, for some people with COPD, 88% is acceptable -- and learning what is acceptable for you can be determined by talking with your COPD doctor. There are also various things that may cause this "oxygen saturatoin" to get lower than 88%. Probably the most common is an inaccurate reading, which may happen in such situations as your fingertips being cold. Before I continue here, is this what you are referring to?
