Has anyone heard or experienced Ingrezza causing COPD like side effects?
Two of my doctors have suggested that what the emergency room doctor diagnosed as COPD exacerbation may be a side effect of Ingrezza. That was recently prescribed for me for my Tardives Dyskanesia, for which it was working well.

And great question. In my 30 years as a respiratory therapist, I have not heard of medicines (such as Ingrezza) causing COPD. Although, after doing some research, I do see that "shortness of breath" is listed as a possible rare side effect. Being that the medicine works so well for you, perhaps this may be something worth looking further into. I am curious: do these two doctors agree with the COPD diagnosis? Wishing you all the best.
