I have my own exercise routine. I am 70 and work out 5 days a week. 20 years ago, I got rid of my home gym equipment that I had set up in my garage. I had cable machines, squat rack and leg machine, incline & decline benches, a Scott curl machine, Olympic weights, everyday weights, various dumbbells, etc. I worked out for many years 3 days a week and had 3 other friends and family members there daily using the gym. Since we moved across the country twice, I had to sell it off, but never stopped working out. Now I just use dumbbells for my workouts and do exercises appropriate for my age. I am thankful for the knowledge I gained by having my own gym and it comes in handy for my exercising at home. Good for you Allan for exercising within your capabilities!
