Hi Stamatina, and thanks for your post and question - it's a good one!
I am hopeful others in the community will see your concern and respond by sharing their own personal anecdotal experiences here as they relate to COPD and the holidays.
I also have something to contribute.

Hi, ! I have a few friends who live alone and some of them don't mind, but I have some that do. The ones that have been going to friends for Christmas every year and I have another friend who goes to the community Christmas Dinner that is held for everyone, especially those who don't have friends or family to celebrate with. They may have something like this in your area. Maybe that's something that you could look into. Do you have any family or friends who are alone for Christmas? If so, maybe you could get together and have a Christmas party. If you cannot get out, perhaps you could have a video or zoom chat together and talk about Christmas stories from the past or what you would like to be doing if you could get out.
