Clinical trial

I got in a clinical trial where they went in my lungs and gave the mucus a static shock. Did the right one first. And a month later did the left one. It helped.

  1. ,
That sounds like a fairly interesting procedure. What actually does the static shock do? Loosen the mucus? I am sure it can't get rid of it. How often would the procedure need to be done? Are there any side effects? Just a few of the questions that immediately come to mind. One other question, could you explain a little bit what you mean by "it helped". Thanks, and take care.

    1. It's a 5 year clinical trial I don't think they will do it again. The static shock Burns the mucus off your lungs. no side effects whatsoever. I'm trying to send information not sure how to do.

        1. thank you for sharing this and how it has worked for you. Definitely an interesting trial for others in the community to look into and speak with their doctors about. All the best, Sam S. (COPD.net, team member).
