Hi Cloudy - thanks for sharing this with the community. Generally speaking, when a type of treatment has changed (like the change from Anoro to Trelegy), and new symptoms or side effects develop (like the chest tightness you described), it's a good idea to re-evaluate the new (medication) change first.
You will probably want to share this with your prescribing physician. The doctor will want to know how you are feeling now that you've been using Trelegy. Be sure to the doctor about the improvement in shortness of breath (SOB), and wheezing. And of course, you'll want to speak about the chest tightness / discomfort, too.
