I use the device daily. I have an Aerobica from my local oxygen supplier. They charged me twice the price I found it in the drug store a few months later. Aerobica can be used in any position, lying down or sitting. You need to develop a regimen as indicated and do this after medication with nebulizer.
Hi Herb - thanks so much for sharing the success you're having using this adjunct device (Aerobika / Acapella), with the community. Glad to hear you find it to be effective to use. Sometimes, shopping around a bit can find a good price - there is a lot of competition out there.
