Accessories for InogenOne

Has anyone used the Oxy Breather single sided cannula? I'm thinking about getting one, but I'd like to know if they are as good as advertised, and which is best the 4' or the 7'

Thanks for any information forthcoming.

  1. Hi again, - it's good to see you remaining engaged with the community. I recall we had a conversation or two, a few months ago and it's nice to speak with you once again.
There is not much in the way of objective reviews of this type of oxygen delivery device, marketed as either the 'Uni-flow2' or 'Oxy-Breather' single oxygen cannula. I was able to find one brief comment in a 'sleep review' magazine, which simply describes it: https://sleepreviewmag.com/sleep-diagnostics/in-lab-tests/polysomnography/uni-flo2-single-nasal-cannula/.
I believe there isn't much in the way of literature since its indication for use and, even its success, can vary widely from patient to patient. Depending on your own particular and specific set of needs, you may want to try it out. You also may want to discuss it further with your physician or even, a salesman for the manufacturer. What do you think?
I am also hopeful my clinically-based colleagues, ( and ), will weigh in with their own experience and input.
    All the best,

    1. Thank you for your prompt response. There is a 30 day try out period so I think I'll give it a shot. I'll report back if I do buy it and it works as advertised.

      1. HI again, CMc7d834 - thanks for acknowledging my comment - I appreciate your kind words. I am glad you plan to give this a try. Professionally speaking, I have never known any patient (yet), who has used this type of oxygen delivery device.
I will be looking forward to hearing your assessment! Good luck!

    2. 7 feet I use with my portables and my concentrator at home. I use a 50 foot tubing plus the seven with the Camar.
