Anxiety attacks

About a month ago I was getting ready to shower and was having my usual anxiety. It was worse this time almost to the nervous breakdown point.

Everything is going to be okay

I just stopped, sat down on the edge of the tub and calmed myself down and talking to myself saying "it's ok". Everything is going to be OKAY! Maybe for today you can have a sponge bath instead and it's okay if you do that! I immediately felt a calmness come over me. Now when I feel anxiety coming on, I just use those words. Things are different in your life now BUT it's going to be okay.
