A Lonely One

Hi, I got COPD in 2004 and the following year I lost my husband. It was very hard to deal with the loss and my grief. I was not on oxygen at that time but the following year I had a hospital visit. They said I had congestive heart failure and COPD. I was put on oxygen and have been on it ever since. The year after he died I was a whirlwind of activity. I think I beat my body to a frazzle. I have learned to cope with COPD as well as I can. I inhale Trelegy and it works well. I use a nebulizer 2 to 3 times a day. Rest when I need to and take all my meds like I need to. I've learned not to sweat the small stuff and not to worry about the big stuff. I do the best I can and keep my moods positive. That's my story.
