Hello! Oh getting news of changes in our health is always stressful, thus I do feel for you. If it helps I have stage 4 COPD (End Stage) diagnosed 2 yrs ago. Just a few months ago I was put on 24/7 O2 supplement. WOW it has helped out a lot. I was fortunate for I had already had experience with my father having O2 for 20+ years also having a bad heart with those bad lungs, thus helping me understand that the oxygen was just another tool to help me with my symptoms. What a difference it has made! First thing I noticed once my anxiety settled down was that of course I was feeling better. How? Less tired, muscle and body aches reduced by quite a bit, now that they were receiving more oxygen enriched blood they needed, sleeping a little better too, more sound. The moral to this is that we can be diagnosed with low O2, severe COPD (emphysema) and still live a good life. I go many places and do many things with my O2 buddy tagging alone as many others do. The best thing you can do for yourself is try to relax, eat some good comfort food to start with for you are in need of that right now! Try to just let life be good. Wish you much good health
