Hi, Yes, I have had problems with Trelegy, but it was more the steroid in it for Anora was holding it's own for a long time. Anoro is like Trelegy just no steroid. Other things happening which is solved, so to speak, myself and the Pulmon. has settled on a new treatment plan for me. I am stage 4. My meds are something like this as of today. Anora Elipta inhaler (maintaince), Steroid (Budesonide) in nebulizers, Azithomycin low dose for lung inflammation plus infections, singular for asthma and allergies.
As for a suggestion on the doctors not "working together", make a point to them to try to do so or Let the Primary do the Primary stuff and the Pulmon. do the lung stuff. All else fails find a new doctor for which one you would want to replace.
Having multiple medical issues is hard on everyone including the doctors I would guess, but the "Specialist" in their areas would be more informed about those needs more so then your Primary for the most part, different meds, updated treatments etc... Primaries cover so many other misc things they don't have time to keep up with all the updates on everything. I found having doctors in the same Medical Network, in one hospital area works the best, they all can see what each other is doing for you and saving you from having to be the go between in passing information.
Hope this helps somewhat, I have been at this multiple doctor thing for over 25 yrs and this is the best I can give you.
Keep us informed please, hoping you get this worked out and start feeling better.
