Have done a little research on stem cell treatments. What opinion is in the community for this treatment?

Leon (site moderator)I'm not interested in stem cell, I want to know if anyone is familiar with using either medical cannabis or preferably CBD oil for COPD. I've read countless testimonies elsewhere that both products helped, because they both relax the lungs.
I would appreciate any and all input; I am asking for my brother who is going to be 71 in September, too young to be told he has two years left (breaks my heart!) I read that CBD can actually reverse the effects of COPD. I really want to talk to others or someone who may know something about it or better yet, someone who has used CBD oil and had it work for them...I'll want to know where it came from!
