Gramma4, The old tenet (stating that those who can, do, while those who can't, teach) became a prediction in my own case. I fell in love with the martial arts when I was young and spent decades of my life practicing karate and other styles. So when I suddenly found myself completely incapacitated I was at a complete loss. My brother pointed out to me that I had always wanted to pass on what I had learnt about karate and that I should write a book about the subject. As most of the extant books on karate are fairly shallow on actual facts or practical information it has become my own goal to accomplish the release of a very in-depth work. It's not about what we can't do but what we can, as you say.
