Fishermans Friend original extra strength menthol cough suppressant lozenges

Potters chesty cough pastilles are good. They have eucalyptus and menthol in them, quite natural. Have you tried eucalyptus, frankincense or cypress essential oils? I don't go anywhere without a 1oml bottle of eucalyptus. You can put a few drops on a tissue. It certainly helped me in the early stages of cold, before I was prescribed with a salbutamol reliever.
