What is a good help with coughing?

  1. Hi Xavier - excellent question - thanks for posting it here! There are any number of techniques one can use to help to managing the coughing associated with COPD.

I thought you might gain some additional insight for your concern from this article on that very topic: https://copd.net/living/strategies-improving-cough/. I do hope you find it to be both helpful and practical.

Should you have any additional concerns, please let me or any other moderator / team member know.

    Wishing you well,

I don't go anywhere without a 1oml bottle of eucalyptus. You can put a few drops on a tissue. It certainly helped me in the early stages of cold, before I was prescribed with a salbutamol reliever.
