I/m new at it, but the one thing I've learned so far is to avoid foods that contribute to inflammation. I replace the white sugar in my coffee with raw sugar. But I can't give up my Half & Half, so that's all I can do there. Apparently a lot of dairy causes inflammation, and there are other common foods too, but that's all I know so far. Working on it. Possibly rice and pasta. But I love rice and pasta. Aargh!!!
