  1. Hi again jeanne, and thanks for your post. You've posed a good question!! For many folks with COPD, it is often accompanied by a feeling of anxiety. Since, as you may be aware, COPD affects every individual differently, this by no means applies to everyone!
Are you feeling anxious on a regular basis?
We do have a number of articles, published right here on COPD.net, which focus on this very subject, For your convenience, here is a link to several of them: https://copd.net/search?s=anxiety.
I do hope you find the material to be helpful for you, in a practical way.
    Wishing you well,
    Leon (site moderator COPD.net)

    1. thank you

      1. It's our pleasure, jeanne. If there is anything we can assist you with moving forward, please let me or any other moderator / team member know.
        All the best,
        Leon (site moderator COPD.net)

      1. I get panic attacks if I do too much. I feel like I'm drowning and despite for air. It's the scariest feeling I've had. I just have to focus and slow my breathing down. It takes a few minutes but it works

        1. thank you Leon for your upbeat attitude and encouragement. ☀

        2. Hey Bonnie - I'm happy to be a part of our community and provide all the support and positivity that I can.
