Video: Happy Holiday Mindful Moment

Getting through the holiday family times without stress or anxiety was practically impossible after the diagnosis of COPD. There came a time when we had to let go of the good 'ole days and create new traditions. It all started with a funny story and some whipped topping. Mom had to slow down, and we had to accept that.

Pursed mouth breathing led to a whole new way of relaxing. I enjoyed finishing this video with a breathing exercise. Practicing pursed mouth exhalation changed everything. I love remembering stories about mom, and we created good memories. I hope this happy holiday mindful moment exercise will help everyone to relax and breathe easier.
