New to COPD
My journey started, I’m thinking, last October. I hadn’t been diagnosed yet, but my doctor said it was COPD and I was having a flare-up. It was the first time that I’d heard that. I had always been told it was asthma. I wanted to know how they could tell the difference and I was told they were guessing. I asked how do we know for sure, and she did tell me to see a specialist, so I am scheduled to see a pulmonary specialist
