My COPD

Smoked for 40 years. Diagnosed 3 years ago. Quit at once. Use oxygen at night and sometimes during the day. Have an oxygen concentrator and two portable ones, one on a rolling cart and one weighing only 6 pounds with a shoulder and hand strap. Use nebulizer, rescue inhalers sometimes, Advair and Spiriva. Get sick real fast. EMT’s and ER’s know me well. Occasional hospitalization for a couple of days to get me back to speed. Lots of friends and family help me. God has my back!
